On absolute beachfront, Pushpapuri is located near the traditional village of Ketewel, Sanur. It is just 45 minutes drive from Bali International airport, 30 minutes from the cultural town of Ubud and 30-45 minutes from the restaurants, shops and nightlife of Kuta and Seminyak. It is bounded by the River Wos and a rugged surf beach, further more it is blessed with a spectacular view towards the beaches of Keramas, the islands of Nusa Penida and Nusa Lembongan. Over the pounding surf you can see the unrivalled grandeur of the sacred Mt Agung the finest view in the land of dreams.

This stunning villa boasts four bedrooms, a 20-metre infinity-edge swimming pool, a splendid living & dining room, and a games room, complemented by a five-star standard of service. The 2-storey air conditioned master suite comprises the ground floor master bedroom and en-suite bathroom, and an upstairs study together with a DVD room. Sliding glass doors open onto the stone terrace on the one side and a timber deck on the other side, offering wonderful ocean views. The main guest bedroom is on the ground floor with sliding glass doors on two sides, furnished with a king-size bed and equipped with air-conditioning, a built-in daybed. The other two air-conditioned guestrooms are ideal for children. Located on ground level, one is furnished with twin beds and the other with a queen-size, four-poster bed.

Approaching the large living and dining pavilion, the ocean is immediately visible through the glass walls, which form three sides of this stand-alone building. The rectangular-shaped pavilion features a marble floor and a soaring roof lined with rattan. The sliding glass doors can be opened to allow the sea breezes and the rhythmic sounds of the waves to penetrate. A circular dining table for eight is positioned at one end. The other side of the pavilion is furnished with two sofas, lazy chairs, an ottoman, a coffee table, handcrafted lamps and local artefacts. A small kitchen is positioned next to the dining area and a fully equipped service kitchen is located in the staff service area. A stone staircase leads from the living pavilion down to the air-conditioned games room. The games room is equipped with a pool table, a dart board, a wood-panelled bar, a luxurious leather sofa, and a 40â€� LCD screen satellite TV, ideal for watching sports. The expansive gardens make Villa Pushpapuri the perfect setting for barbeques, weddings, parties and other special events
